This site is great for baseball. I got it from John “smokey” Moore who I have known now for some time. I wanted to let those who may see this that we have a sports vision training facility in Saugus, MA and have trained baseball players to “see” the ball better.
This all includes visual acuity, eye/hand coordination, eye/foot coordination and peripheral awareness training. If you can’t see the ball and react accordingly, your missing out. I would love if there is an interest to talk about how a player can play the game of baseball even better than they are now.
Remember this, that it is known that in our business, over 80% of what you do in the field is driven by your vision. How you react, hit and play defense depends on it!!
I forgot on the last post to leave our web site address if you want to give it a peek. We links to baseball and other sports if you play them as well. It is http://www.eyeonperformance.net We would love your feed back and if you wish to come in and see our training room, that also can be arranged.
